1. Concentrated charging causes queues and low equipment operation rate: AGV vehicles must return to the charging area for centralized charging when their batteries are depleted, and during breaks, they cannot be recharged, resulting in "vehicles waiting for chargers" when multiple vehicles are low on power at the same time, and the overall utilization rate of equipment is generally 60-65%, compressing the material turnover efficiency of the production line.
