Breakthrough and future evolution of AGV wireless charging efficiency

Charging efficiency is the key factor restricting the popularization of wireless charging technology. 1. Efficient energy transmission design

Laboratory data show that the efficiency of the system fluctuates within a range of less than 2% in continuous charge and discharge cycles, which is significantly better than traditional silicon-based schemes.

 

3. Intelligent energy efficiency management

The AI algorithm dynamically allocates charging power based on parameters such as AGV task priority and battery capacity. When multiple AGVs are charged at the same time, the system can automatically adjust the energy distribution of each device, and the overall energy efficiency is increased by 15%-20%.

 

Future development direction

Magnetic coupling resonant wireless charging can extend the transmission distance to more than 50cm, which is suitable for AGV recharge in operation; Photovoltaic - wireless charging hybrid system can use the roof of the building solar power supply, further reducing energy costs. With the standardization of standards (such as SAE J2954) and large-scale production, it is expected that by 2027, the cost of AGV wireless charging modules will fall by 40%, driving the industry penetration rate of more than 60%.

 

These technological developments will help AGV break through the energy shackles and build a more flexible and sustainable intelligent production ecology.
