How AGV radio energy transmission works

In this era of intelligent automation, AGVs (Autonomous Guided Transport Vehicles) have become an important player in factory and warehouse systems. Since physical contact is no longer required, wear and tear on the charging unit is greatly reduced, and maintenance costs are reduced as well. For AGV cars with high frequency and high intensity work, the application of wireless charging system undoubtedly improves the overall reliability and operation efficiency of the equipment.

 

More importantly, the wireless charging system greatly expands the application boundary of the AGV car. Because it no longer relies on a fixed charging pile, the car can move freely over a wider range, and only needs to stop briefly when passing through a specific area to complete the charging process. This flexibility greatly improves the design freedom of the production line, making the enterprise more leisurely and efficient when planning and adjusting the production layout.
