During the charging process, the system automatically adjusts the charging current and voltage according to the battery status and charging demand to ensure that the battery is quickly restored in a safe and efficient state. The advanced charge management system can also monitor the temperature and health of the battery to avoid overcharge or overdischarge and improve the service life and safety of the battery. After charging is complete, the AGV car is notified to restart the task, and the car returns to the work area through the optimal path to continue the task. This efficient charge management not only improves the efficiency of the AGV car, but also reduces the frequency of battery replacement and maintenance, reducing operating costs.

 

In addition, with the continuous progress of technology, some advanced automatic charging systems have begun to use wireless charging technology. This technology eliminates the need for physical contact of traditional charging electrodes through the principle of electromagnetic induction, making the charging process more flexible and convenient. Wireless charging technology can not only reduce the wear and maintenance of the charging device, but also further improve the adaptability of the AGV car in the changing working environment.
