In today's automotive industry, which is rapidly evolving towards flexible and intelligent production, AGV has become the "blood vessel" connecting the four major processes of stamping, welding, painting, and assembly. It precisely transports car bodies, components, and materials, maintaining the production rhythm with millisecond accuracy. However, the energy supply for this "blood vessel" - traditional contact charging - often becomes an unexpected "pause point" on an efficient assembly line. The downtime caused by manual plugging and unplugging, the faults triggered by worn-out charging contacts, and the potential risks of electric sparks in complex environments are all silently consuming precious production time and stability. Ensuring that AGV is "always online" has become a key link in achieving the closed loop of automotive intelligent manufacturing.

Facing this industry pain point, Yizheng Shizhong has injected industrial-level reliability thinking into the field of industrial wireless charging, creating an efficient, free, reliable, and intelligent wireless power supply solution for the AGV system in automotive manufacturing workshops. 1. Efficient and seamless charging: Using magnetic resonance technology, the system achieves a comprehensive efficiency of over 90%. AGVs do not need to leave the production line to go to a fixed charging station; they only need to park at the wireless charging landmark deployed at the key nodes of the path during the natural pauses such as process waiting, loading and unloading, and can automatically recharge, achieving "operation while charging", maximizing equipment utilization and ensuring zero interruption of the production rhythm.
