Wireless charging is also a charging method that is gradually being widely used. Wireless charging technology uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to establish a wireless energy transmission channel between the charging base station and the robot. The agricultural robot only needs to stop in the designated area above the charging base station to automatically charge. The advantage of wireless charging is that it is convenient and fast, avoiding the trouble of plugging and unplugging the charging interface and reducing the risk of interface damage. For some large agricultural robots, such as harvesting robots and sowing robots, their work range is large, and wireless charging can allow them to charge at any time during the work process, improving the continuity of the work.

 

In addition, there are solar charging methods. Some agricultural robots are equipped with solar panels that use the sun's energy to convert light into electricity. The solar charging method has the advantages of environmental protection and energy saving, and is especially suitable for some agricultural robots that work outdoors for a long time, such as farmland inspection robots. It can be charged during the day using solar energy, storing excess power for use at night or on cloudy days. This charging method can reduce the dependence on traditional power supplies and reduce operating costs.
